Our nature camping at the foot of natural park Serra de São Mamede in the Alto Alentejo
Our nature campsite is located at the foot of the Serra de São Mamede nature park in the Alto Alentejo. This unique location and surroundings make our campsite a favorite place to stay.
The camping area of our Quinta covers 1.25 hectares. The remaining 23.75 hectares of the Quinta consist mainly of grassland, covered with cork oaks, olive trees, fruit trees, birds, many plant species, and a small lake. Campers with caravans, motorhomes, or tents can camp among the olive trees on the campsite. Here you will also find the main sanitary facilities, the reception and campsite shop (with free Wi-Fi), the lake, and the meeting place (for occasional snacks and drinks) “A Taberna.”
Peace and space are guaranteed at our campsite due to the limited number of camping pitches available. There are approximately 25 spacious pitches available, ensuring that the campsite remains peaceful.
To guarantee one of Quinta do Pomarinho’s most important core values, “PEACE AND QUIET,” we do not accept new guests at the campsite after 8:00 p.m. during the summer season (April 1 to October 1) and after 6:00 p.m. during the winter season (October 1 to April 1).
Finally, we kindly request that you check in between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
