We are available for walking package holidays for groups and individuals for 8 or 12 days. Depending on the level and wishes of the participants, the walking program can be adapted to the group.

During a group walking holiday you will walk through the beautiful nature of Alto Alentejo together with other people who love walking. These walking package holiday are fully cared for including breakfast, lunch (packet), and dinner.

The group walking package holidays are based on 2 persons for 12 days (11 nights) including full boarding. The price indications below for the walking package holidays are excluding the journey to and from Pomarinho but including local transport.

Walking package holidays: self-guided walking holidays

You might prefer walking alone or with an own group. That is no problem because we also organize self-guided walking holidays that are also very affordable.

On Quinta do Pomarinho we have 8- and 12-day self-guided walking holidays available in which we have included 2 free days in which you can go on small trips or do other activities. The price indications below are for the self-guided walking package holidays and are excluding the journey to and from Pomarinho.

Walking tours

The tours in the walking package holiday lead through picturesque villages and past churches, monasteries, and castles. You will walk over ancient smuggling trails, over hills, and along rivers, lakes, and forests. Along the way you will encounter rock carvings, birds, and dolmen. A large part of the walking tours of the walking package holidays go through natural park Serra de São Mamede where you will discover a pristine piece of nature.
