Quinta do Pomarinho is the perfect walking centre in the Alto Alentejo, for walking holidays in Portugal. In the spring time you can walk amidst the sweet blossom of citrus trees, and through man-sized broom in all colours of the rainbow. The trails differ both in length and atmosphere. We organise walking holidays with groups, and individual walking holidays, in Serra the São Mamede Natural Park. In this Natural Park, you walk on the boarder with Spain, through rugged landscapes with characteristic Mediterranean vegetation, breathtaking views, extraordinary birds, age-old paths and picturesque fortified cities, such as Castelo de Vide and Marvão.
