Please Note

This group walking holiday December does not have Quinta do Pomarinho as starting points but Monte Maravilhas in Alentejo Litoral, a strip of land on the coast of the Alentejo.

Monte Maravilhas is situated on a large, hilly estate full of vines, flowers, orange trees, olive trees, and fig trees. On an estate of 21 acres you will find peace and quiet so that you can sit back and relax. Enjoy the bright night sky while you only hear crickets in the background.

During a group walking holiday December you will walk through a fresh green nature. Many trees like the olive- and orange tree, cork oak, and eucalyptus never lose their leaves. The yellow field flowers and the mimosa start flowering in these months. You will make diverse walks over dirt roads and goat trails, past windmills and streams, and through forests and typical Portuguese villages. One of these walks leads past the rugged Atlantic west-coast.
