The former farm stables were converted into apartments with one room, which we named after our two sons 'Tijmen' and 'Merijn'. If you are looking for more comfort and you love rest, space, nature, and privacy, then you won't be disappointed when choosing for long stay winter apartment.

Both 'Tijmen' and 'Merijn' are well equipped and affordable places to long stay winter in an apartment. Both apartments can accommodate 2-4 persons and have a rural interior. On the estate you will find stone- and cork oaks, pastures, fruit trees, a stream, and a small lake. The winters in the Alentejo are mild with a lovely winter sun.

Facilities long stay winter apartment

Both 'Tijmen' and 'Merijn' have all facilities you need for long stay winter in an apartment with a living room/bed room for two persons and an attic in which third and fourth person can sleep. They both also have an open kitchen, a private bathroom, and a private terrace.

Thanks to solar panels on the roof, the temperature is pleasant inside on cooler evenings and also the water is heated using energy from the sun.
