Campsite in Portugal

Camping Quinta do Pomarinho, offers an enormous diversity of camping pitches their campsite in Portugal in the Alto Alentejo. The campsite in Portugal, near the village Castelo de Vide, consists of several different grounds. The basic campers, who manage perfectly without electricity, often choose for a location on the nature camp-site. There are big cork oaks at the nature campsite, under which it is pleasant to stay, especially during the warm summer season.

Our campsite in Portugal: Peace, space and nature 

The nature campsite covers 25 acres and there are very spacious pitches where peace, space and nature can surely be found. With the hills of Serra de São Mamede Natural Park nearby the nature camping site, and the tops of Serra da Estrela further away, you will experience "the good life". There are good sanitary facilities available for these pitches at the camping site in Portugal.

Caravans, campers and tents
Visitors with a caravan, camper or tent who prefer a bit more luxury can best choose a spot closer to the main location of Pomarinho, in the olive orchard or on the flat upper terrain near Casa Antiga.

Spending the winter and long term camping

The comfortable Mediterranean climate and good sanitary facilities make our campsite in Portugal a pleasant location for long-term cam-ping or overwintering. We have summer-, attractive winter- and long-term camping rates.

Open all year round!

The campsite in Portugal is open all year round. Reservation is not needed for our campsite in Portugal. We do, however, recommend to reserve for the months July and August, and to arrange your long-term winter pitch on our campsite in Portugal well in advance.
